TAFP Resident Leadership Experience
In today’s rapidly changing environment, health care enterprises need leaders who can anticipate what’s coming next, make solid decisions in the face of ambiguity, and deploy their talent effectively. At TAFP, we believe these leaders should be well-trained family physicians capable of articulating a compelling vision for the future and of winning the trust and support needed to carry out this vision.
Welcome to the Resident Leadership Experience, TAFP’s yearlong leadership development program designed to equip family medicine residents with the skills they need thrive in their future practice.
Through interactive learning sessions, didactic lectures, multimedia presentations, and small-group breakouts, the Resident Leadership Experience will provide expert training in:
- persuasive communication,
- negotiation and conflict resolution,
- public speaking, and
- winning media engagements.
Are you ready to gain the skills you need to enhance your leadership capacity? Join the Resident Leadership Experience.
